Our Background
TAYLOR BUILT began building Harford Greenhouses in 1984 and soon became an industry leader in development of new structures and grew with the innovation of the greenhouse industry world-wide. Our can-do attitude, (and a lot of Kiwi ingenuity) enabled us to stay at the leading edge of product development - working with all types of customers - local or global, large or small to achieve their goals.
Taylor Built Ltd is no longer trading and REDPATH PACIFIC LTD acquired selected stock, plant and IP in 2023.
Redpath is New Zealand’s longest established and largest manufacturer of reliable and proven NZ made commercial greenhouse and animal shelter buildings.
Since 1984 Redpath have designed, manufactured and installed 1000s of fully NZ engineered permit approved commercial and Lifestyle structures into the Horticultural and Animal Shelter Industries. From the small to the multi-hectare in size.
Our 30+ staff and dedicated 16 building crews gives our customers “peace of mind” service and one of the best after sales maintenance services available. We manufacture all of our buildings at our 50,000 sq/ft centrally located Palmerston North factory.
We sell direct to you and we supply a full range of horticultural films, fabrics and equipment.
For nearly 40 years, redpath and Taylor Built products and buildings have been the preferred choice throughout Australasia, – no job is too large or too small! . We export our products throughout the Pacific and worldwide. In November 2023 Redpath Pacific Ltd has purchased the Stock, Plant and selected I.P of Taylor Built Ltd Auckland.
Taylor Built have been a long standing and valued provider of buildings and accessories to the Greenhouse and Animal Shelter industry for many years.
Redpath Pacific Ltd will continue to offer a parts, materials and service back-up for Taylor Built designs and their customers and contractors throughout New Zealand.
You will see a steady amalgamation of services, products and buildings into Redpath system as Taylor Built ceases trading.
We wish to thank the Owners and Staff of Taylor Built Ltd for making this transitional period a seamless process.
