Redpath wiggle wire, Affordable clipping system!

Redpath Wigglewire is a simple and cost-effective greenhouse film or fabric holding system costing less than $3.00 per metre.
Designed primarily to hold modest sized single layer polythene or fabrics to tunnel style design greenhouses, along the sidewall or over the end hoops, and around doorways etc. The wiggle wire clipping system is supplied in 4m lengths.

You simply screw the single 4m base U groove track to your frame using tek screw (space screws at around 175mm apart) –  then draw the film across the channel and insert the wiggle wire into the channel to trap the cladding.
It is straight-forward to install the wiggle-wire but like all clip systems please take care not to damage the film when installing the wire insert.
The base is sufficiently deep to allow a secondary layer of film or fabric may be fitted atop another layer that is already wigglewired into place. This allows you to join the cladding on a gable or up a rafter or arch for instance.  (be sure to order extra wire if you wish to fit two layers of material into the groove).

If fitting the wiggle wire around a curved surface such as an arch the wiggle wire system is compliant to be bent around a 3m radius on its base or if fitting to the front face of an arch like shown in the images above, you can either “notch” or “cut” the base into shorter pieces to suit the needs of your arch shape. The plastic coated wire insert part will comply easily to the curve.

The complete price shown below is for a 4m length of the base channel and 2 x 2m lengths of wriggle wire insert to fill the 4m base.
You can also purchase the 4m base only,  or the 2m wire only as separate parts.
