There is a wide range of different width spans to suit each client’s particular application or site.
Aesthetics are just as important to the shoppers experience’ and the Taylor Built by Redpath designs offer a clean uncluttered overhead appearance with reduced bird perching points.
Many different choices of roof cladding are available, the most popular being the Durashade or Duraflex white shaded roofing which gives customers shade in the summer but warmth in the winter. A white shaded canvas membrane is also an option, as is the clear Duratough roof covering.

All RHS galvanised framework is used in these fully engineered designs with bolted connections for simplicity and strength.

Taylor Built by Redpath operates 16 construction teams, we manage the building permit application and can help with resource consents if they arise. We then build on your site using local builders that then continue to offer local after sales service. Taylor Built by Redpath have supplied and erected 1000s of these designs throughout our nearly 40 year history. A full set of registered engineers drawings and Producers statement for council building permit processing are included as standard

Basic Specifications:

• Span / Bay Widths: 6m, 8m, 9.6,10.65, 11.2, 12.6, 13, 14 or 15 metres 

• Post spacing length ways: 3 metres between posts length ways or 6m optional

• Height to top edge of gutter: 2.5m, 3m, 3.5m, or 4 metres

• Apex height: Up to 6.5 metres

• Roof ventilation: Available as option on pitched roof  designs, 

• Side ventilation: Optional roll up wall, manual or optional automatic.

• Roof cladding: White shaded Durashade, Duraflex or Canvas, Clear Duratough option also

• Frame Guard Tape: Polyguard fitted to all roof members that touch the plastic included

• Wind load: 120 kph, greater if required

• Installation: Yes nationwide including building permit application/processing. Kitset also an option.

• Warranty: Yes, manufacturer’s warranty & maintenance schedule included (conditions apply)
